Prior to launching her own coaching and HR businesses, Linda held several strategic roles with Coles Group Ltd. from leading very large store operational teams in the supermarket business to establishing and leading the Organisational Development function within the corporate human resources division including the Coles Myer Institute.
Linda has developed a reputation for both her coaching and consulting in the fields of strategic human resources management, organisation development, leading major change transformations and developing leaders. As a leader, Linda enjoys working with a team to design, develop and implement change initiatives that add value and make a difference to people and to business.
As a coach, Linda creates an environment in which people can safely explore issues they are facing in the context of the organisation in which they work. Linda has the capacity to facilitate people to think laterally about issues to achieve effective solutions that are focused on improving performance.
In her consulting role, Linda works to enable leaders and managers operating at all levels to achieve improved and sustainable organisation performance through excellence in leadership. Linda brings to her clients the benefit of extensive executive experience in senior leadership roles. Linda is known for her skilful facilitation of workshops and team sessions dealing with complex and strategic issues.
Linda is currently a non-executive director at National Pharmacies and a member of the DeakinPrime board. Linda is a past member of the National Industry Skills Committee, Australian National Training Authority and Victorian Qualifications Authority. Linda is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) and is a graduate of the Company Directors program.
